The history of 135 spans almost 100 years when in 1918 135 squadron RAF was formed and from then adopted the motto “Pennas ubique monstramus” (We Show Our Wings Everywhere). 135 squadron ATC adopted the same motto when it formed in the early 1940’s and to this day we take great pride in both the provision of and participation in as many of the activities available to the Air Cadets as we possibly can.
The squadron is a great place to be and is open to all. You can us join as a Cadet from 13 and if you're over 18 the opportunity to be member of staff also presents itself. So if you're up for the challenge and ready to achieve more than you ever thought possible, then join us and together we will show our wings everywhere.
We hold regular recruitment evenings. For information on the next one, please contact us!
